Mosio Takes The Twitter Q&A To Mobiles
8 February 2008Mobile text question and answer community Mosio is integrating its question and answer service with Twitter and Jott.
Now users can ask questions using Jott (voice-to-text), Twitter and text-messaging from almost any mobile device and receive answers and comments from the Mosio community. Mosio’s average time still seems to be a little under three minutes.
“When you’re on the go, you want quick, relevant and even entertaining answers to your questions,” said Mosio CEO and co-founder Noel Chandler. “It’s this type of instant gratification that only a live, social mobile community like Mosio can provide.”
Mosio has helped to create Twitter Answers, a new question and answer social application. Twitter users now have the option to ask questions that are then answered by other users within the community. Mosio’s platform also now includes Jott’s services - Jott users access their account, say “Mosio”, ask their question using their own voice and then receive quick text messages back with answers.
One of the best parts about Mosio and its new friends is that the question and answer service is still free, though some carrier charges can apply. The community still has the same great feel it started with in August 2007. Mosio is providing social interaction that has an extra and immediate use.
